Barrett Lo received approval from the City of Wauwatosa in 2023 to develop a multi-phase, approximately $400 million project near the site of the former Boston Store at Mayfair Mall. This neighborhood-defining, mixed-use development could include more than 850 residences and approximately 10,000 square feet of retail space. The project will include stunning architecture designed by the team at KTGY for multiple mid-rise structures. The second and third phase will complete a vision of transforming a parking lot into the largest residential development in Wauwatosa. The development will include top of the line finishes and amenities including a swimming pool, fitness center, co-working space and golf simulators as well as 10,000 square feet of retail space.
