In 2002, we set out to reignite part of Milwaukee’s legacy by building modern row houses along what was once the main transportation lane for all of Milwaukee’s famous beer brands. This formerly blighted area gave us the vision for something special and proved the power of transformational development. Offering an elegant, minimal style, these condominium homes sit juxtaposed to a backdrop of industry and brewing heritage. With some of the best views of the city and walking access to entertainment, arts and recreation, this project encompasses all that we stand for: vision, design, urbanism and access.
